3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products
Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a video proof of the unboxing. We will replace the item or issue a refund based on your preference.
Incorrect Products: Notify us within 7 days if you receive the wrong item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Missing Products: In case of missing items, provide a video proof of the unboxing within 7 days. We will send the missing item or issue a refund, as per your choice.
